This 10,000 square feet (930 square meters) penthouse offers wrap-around views. It has four bedrooms, two that are master bedrooms with king-sized beds, one that has two twin trundle beds, and a queen-sized bed in the fourth room or butler’s room. The penthouse has four bathrooms, two large Jacuzzi tubs and a steam shower as well as a powder room for guests. It offers two living rooms and a music room with a Steinway piano. On the terrace for private use is an eternity pool and a Jacuzzi.

The City of Miami Beach currently considers short term rentals of residential properties on Miami Beach as commercial use of the property, which is not allowed in areas zoned RS-1, RS-2, RS-3 or RS-4. A short term rental is defined as a rental for a period of less than six months and one day. All rentals of such properties must conform to the Zoning Requirements of the City of Miami Beach as currently interpreted by the appropriate regulatory authorities.
